Introduction

Paradigm Construction is a general construction company specializing in heavy civil and utility work. We construct new subdivisions and roadways, perform mass grading (excavation and embankment) and install major utility infrastructure such as sewer, drain, water and irrigation systems.

Our management staff has more than 70 years of combined construction experience in Hawaii, servicing both private developers and government agencies. Our completed and ongoing projects are located throughout Oahu, including Ocean Pointe, Kapolei, Schofield, Hickam, Waianae, Sand Island, Airport Industrial Area and Waikiki.
